How to Delete Your ShredFrame Account
To delete your account, navigate to your profile settings by clicking your profile icon. Select ‘Account Settings,’ then choose ‘Delete Account’ at the bottom of the page. Confirm your decision when prompted to permanently remove your data from our system.
At ShredFrame, we are dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring that you have full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This process is secure, transparent, and cannot be reversed once completed.
How to Delete Your Account and Data:
- Open the ShredFrame App: Log in to your account.
- Go to Settings: Tap the Settings icon, located in your nav bar menu.
- Access Account Settings: Scroll down and select Account.
- Delete Your Account: Tap on Delete My Account.
- Confirm Deletion: Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the permanent deletion of your account and data.
What Data Is Deleted:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and profile details.
- Usage Data: Study history, preferences, and activity logs.
- Uploaded Content: Any files, images, or documents shared within the app.
What Data May Be Retained:
- Legal and Security Obligations: Certain data may be retained temporarily to comply with legal requirements, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes. This data will be securely stored and automatically deleted after the necessary retention period.
Once your account is deleted, all related data will be permanently removed, and you will lose access to all AcadAI features. If you decide to return, you will need to create a new account.
